I agree to abide by the By-Laws of the DeKalb County Building and Development Association (DCBDA). A remittance of $240 (first year's dues are prorated at $20 per month) representing my annual membership is enclosed with this application. I understand that my Application for Membership cannot be processed without the full payment of the annual dues.

I understand that by becoming a DCBDA member, I am entitled to use the DCBDA logo to promote my business and the association. In the event I should cancel or discontinue my DCBDA membership, I hereby agree to remove and discontinue use of DCBDA logos and insignias on any correspondence, signs or vehicles.

I have been informed that dues payments to the DCBDA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, dues payments may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense, subject to an exclusion for lobbying activity. Please refer to your tax preparer for further information.
